The Month's Fly By

It's hard for me to accept the fact that summer is over. Even here in Ridgecrest, CA the days are getting chillier and the sun is going down sooner than I'd like. That being said, life hasn't slowed down! I've been doing lots of fun things and going a lot of fun places. Well, mainly the same places but doing different things each time I go. March Updates!

Hey friends! Tons has been going on, as usual, since I set off running in 2019! February was full of hot air balloon events, finished up a trip to Utah, a Pinterest party and started working on rebuilding our teardrop camper - finally! March ...well, we are only a few days in, really but there is quite a lot going on and upcoming that I am soo excited about! First though, links to February posts:

Oh March!

March was slow and fast at the same time. Life gets like that sometimes. I truly enjoyed being able to stay home and chill a bit and just get stuff done around the house and not worrying about having to be anywhere in particular. That being said, we did take a couple trips in the month that I just had a blast on. September Hi & Bye!

I am not sure what happened to the month of September but luckily I have my calendar to help me out. Time goes so fast, like..all year! Every year the past few years. Like clockwork. Here's what I blogged about in September!   The beginning of the month started the journey of quite a trip! First, we drove up to Idaho (such a long drive!) for Tony's family reunion . The drive was made extra long by the fact there was a fire so we had to take a detour. It added an extra hour or so to the drive which was not very fun but we saw cool things along the way that we would not have seen otherwise. His mom and I went to Boise to see the hot air balloons . So worth it! One of my favorite things to do is visit different hot springs and there was a fun one we went to, not really near our campsite but not too bad of a drive (minus the windy roads).   Spent some time in Meridian where my parents live, after the reunion. Next it was on to Portland! I have not gotten to ...

So Call Me Crazy!

How many of you feel like it was a whirlwind of a summer? Inbetween working full time, 2 classes at LDSBC, homework, roadtrips and my husband's summer internship, I can't believe the long warm days of summer are over. Tear. I heart summer.  Here are some links to what's been going on so you can catch up! I got to go to the Mystery Escape Room at the Gateway mall in SLC. Does your city have one of these? It was a pretty fun experience! There was a hot air balloon event every weekend in June, so crazy fun! I loved all the roadtrips and visiting some of my favorite small towns in Utah. We volunteered at an event in Springville which we had never gone to before. There were not a whole lot of blogger events this summer but I did go to one at The Roll Up in Orem which has crepes - one of my favorite foods! Tony & I had a fun little trip to Idaho for his nephew who got baptized plus we got to see family and hang out for a few days. That's always nice!...

Crafts! Office Makeover! Roadtrips! Birthday Deals!

Trying to catch up on my blogging to let you all know what I've been up to!  Since it's my birthday month and I subscribe to tons of emails, I've been getting lots of birthday freebies and deals. I posted all of them here so take a look and see if you could use any for your birthday! They are specific for Utah but some of the deals can be used in other states. Recently Tony & I went to Lagoon and had a fantastic time! It was so so fun. I wrote about what we did and also some tips/tricks to know before you go.  I'm a huge fan of hot air balloons and will travel near or far to go see them. Lucky for us, around the 4th of July in Provo they have 20-30 hot air balloons come and last Saturday we got to go see them take off. In other news, I'm still looking for a job and getting some interviews here and there. In all my free time I decided the guestroom/office needed a makeover. It's still in the stages of being completed but you can read a little about...
